Instructors / Lindsey Justice

Lindsey Justice is a Texas girl, loud and proud. She was born and raised in Dallas, where she spent the majority of her early years on the fields and courts of every kind. Lindsey found soccer to be her passion and received a scholarship to attend Wake Forest University in 2003. She enjoyed a fruitful career at Wake, both on the field and in the classroom. After graduating Cum Laude with Honors in 2007 with a BS in Health and Exercise Science, Lindsey kept pursuing her academic passions in graduate school. She received her Master's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009, and started a personal training business in Indianapolis after marrying her husband, Steve. The two continued the business in Charlotte after Steve's retirement from the NFL. After 3 years of helping people change their lives physically and psychologically, Flywheel came knocking on the Justices’ door. Lindsey hasn't looked back since. Lindsey's main priority is raising her two daughters as she has been nicknamed "Fly Mama". She loves to cook healthy food, read and watch Sports Center.
