As a fitness enthusiast since a young age, Jenna began taking indoor cycling classes at a local gym in her hometown outside Philadelphia. She was instantly hooked. She carried her passion for fitness into college, where she earned her degree in Kinesiology at Penn State University. While at Penn State, she had the opportunity to become a group exercise instructor teaching a variety of classes, but thrived when on the bike and found her love for teaching indoor cycling classes.
Jenna strives to share her passion and knowledge with those in her classes. During each class she hopes to make fitness as fun for her participants as it is for her. She will take you on a journey through each ride to push you to reach your health and fitness goals, leaving you feeling more confident on and off the bike.
After graduation, Jenna brought her passion and knowledge for fitness to Charlotte. While not at Flywheel, Jenna is an ACSM certified personal trainer and avid runner, completing multiple half marathons. When not on the bike or running around Charlotte, she enjoys spending time with friends, trying out new healthy recipes in the kitchen and exploring Charlotte and all the city has to offer.
